Truphone brings VoIP to mass-market mobile phones, starting with Nokia's new Wi-Fi enabled phones. We often get asked "Sounds great - so where can I buy one?!".

We don't sell direct and can't endorse specific suppliers, but here's a forum thread where we'll list some options to investigate, and we'd love to hear your suggestions too

Truphone announced on the N80

Hello, today we announced Truphone for Nokia’s best-selling N80 mobile handset.

“Support for Nokia’s N80 handset brings true mobile VoIP to the mass market and gives Truphone genuine consumer appeal,” said James Tagg, Truphone’s chief executive. “Truphone routes calls entirely via the internet ensuring the lowest possible call costs to consumers whether in their home country or travelling abroad, unlike ‘calling card’ services masquerading as mobile VoIP.”

Whilst it's a beta, it is complete, it is real, it is fabulous and it will be available for download very soon
