I follow all the steps but no invite is sent to google talk. the call just ends with this user is currently unavailable. any help would be much appreciated.

This is rather odd. Are you able to email our Support Team at support@truphone.com so that they can investigate it further?

I have exactly the same issues as Lu (above). I can make calls from google talk to my handset via truphone back cannot use my handset to call google talk. Keeps telling me the user is unavailable.
