VIDEO showing internet telephony removed on some Nokia N95s

Posted by Truphone on April 13, 2007

The Nokia N95 is a GREAT phone, capable of video, GPS, VoIP and more. But before you buy on contract... ask if anything has been disabled.

Some carriers give you the whole phone... and some do not.

To be sure, buy yours unlocked - eg, Expansys or Nokia's online shop

This video shows what's missing on some operator-modified phones

Make sure you get a Nokia N95 with all its features intact

I am building a device that decodes DTMF tones over a phone line to
turn on and off devices at home through relays.
