Truphone.com gets a facelift
The home of Truphone has been given a refresh, to make it even more user-friendly and informative.
Based on user feedback, the most popular areas have been given more prominence on the site, including the country call rate checker and straight-forward explanations about the Truphone application and its benefits.
So, if there is nothing stopping you, why not have a look now? We would appreciate any feedback you have, so that we can continue to keep the home of Truphone as relevant, informative and interesting as possible.
so how long until there is a Win Mobile version?

Nathan,
Thanks for the question.
We really hope we can release a version of Truphone on the Windows mobile handset range, however there are no definite plans to do this just yet and no timescale in place.
Please keep checking the blog for all our latest product announcements and new features.
If you want to, you can register your interest at http://www.truphone.com/devices and we’ll contact you with further information about Truphone on the Windows mobile when we have it!

it's a pity, I bought an E65 when I saw your program, it died after 13 months, now my HTC TyTN11 has only one phone number (no truphone)
surely if I can get gTalk working on it with Fring there is a means of running truphone on it properly....
Truphone was a great means of accessing USA based voice services like Jott, all of these I have had to say goodbye to, and consequently my phone bill has sky-rocketed as I just call everyone.
Truphone is great, but need to open it up to the rest of the world and people who dont want an iPhone or nokia.

I'll second Nathan in saying that i'd like very much a windows mobile version of truphone. I used the e61 with truphone for a long time - more than a year, but switched up to a HTC Touch Pro, now.... no truphone for me :-(. Gotta go with Skype for now.

Kris - we are continuing to develop for new handsets. We have just launched on the G1, and Windows Mobile is definitely on our radar too.

I totally agree with Nathan and Kris - there is a growing number of winmo users out there, all craving for a decent alternative to shameless skype. Please make it happen!
