Could you please make it clear that @tru is NOT Truphone's Twitter Name as I am rather dismayed by your users asking me to solve their issues. Pretty poor social networking etiquette Truphone! Tut tut.

@tru - We have updated the post. Naturally, we would love the @tru Twitter name, but understand that it is something that probably means a lot to you so we didn't want to bother you with a request for it. If you would like us to have it though, email us at fun@truphone.com and we can chat.
