Happy Hanukkah, too! :) And thanks for letting me call my family and friends overseas this holiday season!

worst install process ever... and it's still not working. funny that i had to find the faq TO FIND OUT HOW TO EVEN MAKE A CALL, ASSUMING THAT THIS PROGRAM WOULD WORK!!! i guess you haven't heard of a thing called... hmmm... usability?!?!?! maybe you didn't test things to know that, let's see, labels like "Top Up" mean absolutely nothing? "Restart provisioning"??? What the hell does that mean? And when I do, and I sign in, I just go to "my account" page... and I try to make an international call and it just dials... no asking if I want to use truphone or whatever. this sux

Lee - it is disappointing to read that you are experiencing concerns with Truphone. If you want us to try and help you, it would be best to contact support@truphone.com. Would it be right to assume from your website that you are using Truphone on a BlackBerry?

To anyone who reads us saying the word 'provisioning', we just mean 'installing'. Apologies for any confusion.
