Truphone launches on the G1

You would think after launching apps on the BlackBerry, the iPhone and the iPod touch in under three months, as well as new features like IM, our Truphone engineers would want a break.

Wrong!

They have kept on working, as hard as ever, after all this hard (and very clever) work, we are excited to announce the launch of yet another Truphone application, this time for the recently-launched G1, commonly known as the Android, or 'Google phone'.

Truphone for the G1 is perfect for making low cost international calls from your home country, and because it uses Truphone Anywhere, you don't need to be in Wi-Fi to make Truphone calls.
