Great new features added to the Truphone website

The Truphone website has had some big changes!

Here are just a few:

A brand new homepage, split into the different parts of the Truphone world, to make it easier to find the information you want. Check it out now.

A new section dedicated to our Truphone Local Anywhere product, which will be launching later in the year, and has already received a lot of interest. The page includes all the information you will need, plus a downloadable version of the presentation we did in February when we announced Truphone Local Anywhere, and the ability to register to be one of the first customers when we launch. Check it out now.

 

A fun page, which we call the Stuff page, because it contains lots of cool Truphone stuff! You can test your Truphone knowledge with our Truphone quiz, send us feedback on whatever you want, invite your friends to join, check out our different pages on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and flickr, and see what we are saying on the Truphone blog. Check it out now.

 

For bloggers and journalists (and anyone else interested) you can now download our latest press releases, contact our PR team, and more in our new press section. Check it out now.

 

Want to suggest a new feature, product, or solution that Truphone should build? Want to see what other people want? The all new Truphone Feedback Forum is your place to go for this and much more. Vote for your favourite suggestions, and get alerts when we action, and complete, different suggestions. Old website was so much better, can you just put it in simple words and do not load the frontpage with all this stuff please

The aim of the new site is to provide information on all of the different elements of Truphone, including our exciting Local Anywhere product, which arrives later this year, in an easy to access way.

With the additions of the Stuff page, simpler instructions about how Truphone works, and lots more, we feel that the new site should provide our customers with a much better experience, everytime they visit.

I came to the site looking for the Truphone forums but I can't find them. Do they exist? If so, the site should be changed to make them easier to find.

Hi Tom - if you are referring to the Truphone Feedback Forum, you can access it directly by going to http://feedback.truphone.com Alternatively, if you go to http://www.truphone.com/applications the forum can be accessed via the green tab on the left side of the page.

If you are referring to the Mobile VoIP Forum, which used to be available, this is currently not active.
