Based on my experiences as a customer (in theory at least) with the launch of Local Anywhere, Ms. Wilson should be working on fixing the fulfillment and customer service problems now, before attempting to take on the world.

Thank you very much for alerting me to this. I have looked into it and have just sent you an email with an update regarding your order, Amalia

I got my Local Anywhere sim today. So far it works well, a bit more expensive then when I bought it (prices have gone up since) and it came with $0 balance - but so far so good, I am mildly positive. I least I can call... which is more than I can say of another unmentionable horrible carrier I tried before. I know it's early days yet, so please don't blow it... I really, REALLY would like to give you the business.

Hi Sophia,
Please be assured that local rates are still available and prices have not been increased since you purchased. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing a small glitch with our rates table on the website and local rates are not being displayed correctly. This is being fixed now. I have asked our Customer Service team to check your account and the $15 inclusive credit was applied when you activated and should be showing in your account (there is sometimes a few moments delay). If it is not please do get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be happy to investigate further.
Thank you
Amalia
