Be awesome if you could actually sign up for service, I think its a great concept but I've been waiting 3 days to get my SIM card activated. Seems technical issues can only be fixed during the UK working day, so if you have problems with the service outside of those hours then it appears you're screwed. Great for the business traveler.

Hi Mike,

Sorry you have experienced problems activating your SIM.

Our customer support team is available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 707 (insert the SIM into the phone first though), or alternatively by calling +44 (0) 203 318 0742 (UK) or +1 (646) 360-1689 (US and rest of world) for all customer service help.

Were you unable to get through when you tried to contact them?
