"Why the cupcake?"

 

Since launching our new brand earlier this month, this has been one of the questions most commonly asked of us.

And no, it is not because we are launching into the cupcake industry :)

At first glance you might think that Tru doesn't have much to do with cupcakes. But as much as it has nothing to do with them, it has lots to do with them actually.

Firstly, we did it to show that we are wanting to do things a little differently.

Plus we think you can have your cake and eat it too.

Not only do you get great coverage around the world using a Tru SIM card, but local rates and local numbers in all Tru countries, and not being stung by ridiculous roaming rates, are the icing on the cake.

What does that make our Tru application, which is great for when you are in Wi-Fi? Why, that's the cherry on top!
