Recently, the FCC in the USA has been asking for opinions on an important matter - phone bill shock.

With more people travelling overseas each year, and more people buying smartphones and using them overseas when roaming, the stories of people raking up hundreds, or thousands of dollars in charges on a trip abroad are becoming commonplace.

Exciting news for business travellers who can't bear to be without their BlackBerry® smartphones: we've just announced that our GSM mobile service can be used on BlackBerry. It's immediately available to our UK based customers and will be coming to our other customers later this year.

CEO predictions for 2011

An article this week in Mobile News listed the predictions of what trends 2011 will hold from a collection of industry leaders, including our own CEO, Geraldine Wilson, who is predicting a big increase in data usage and also smartphone sales.
