Poll: What's your biggest bill shock?

IStock_000003206793Medium Most of us who are using mobile phones as more than paperweights know the feeling of opening that seemingly innocent letter or email from your phone company just to find out that you’ve been robbed in broad daylight. We’re running all cylinders to fight this unfairness and luckily more big organisations start to join in.

Recently UK Communications regulator Ofcom reached out to hear what British public think about the bill shock and complain about unexpectedly high bills. If you live in the UK we obviously encourage you to submit your stories and either way we’d like to hear if you’ve experienced bill shock yourself and how bad was it.
