I’m not paying so data is unlimited
This morning we saw a tweet which every manager of international roaming staff dreads. When asked "which international iPhone contract are you on?" he replied (we've protected the individual’s identity):
From our own experiences of travelling there is a very common thought process which is "I'm not paying for it, so it’s unlimited".
Until companies either re-educate their staff or find a roaming agreement which allows people to behave this way, it's always going to bite someone on the bottom.
