Tru’s FSA Mobile Recording went live today, trading opened in Asia early morning UK time – so we’re a few hours in - and we’re pleased to report that all is calm.
These customers are the most demanding you could wish to find – they are the top people at major global financial and utilities institutions, the high wire traders we read about in the papers. They expect top class service 100% of the time, are used to getting the very best that money can buy, and need technology they can depend on.
For Tru, it’s been a hugely exciting challenge. We have created a unique product, which operates rapidly, seamlessly, internationally - and satisfies this most demanding group of customers on the planet – against a fixed and very short deadline.
Working with these organisations has meant an exceptional level of partnership, with up to five calls a day with some clients as we conducted deep and thorough testing over evenings and weekends.
But the hard work has been worth it – this morning we sent the service live with clients in institutions ranging from the Fortune 50 to the small Mayfair hedge fund.
